Packaging, payment and delivery

! Minimum order 130 euros EXCLUDING TAX AND EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS!

I. PRODUCTS

• Most of our products are GOTS certified, and where applicable the certification is indicated on the product sheet and the certificate available for free download.
• Some of our products are not certified organic, but we wish to offer them because of their low environmental impact. In this case, it is clearly stated on the product sheets that the product is not GOTS certified.
• All care instructions are clearly stated on the product sheets (width, weight, shrinkage rate on first wash, etc.). Please consult them before validating your purchase.
• All countries of origin of our fabrics, step by step, are clearly indicated on the product sheets.

II. PACKAGING

Our products are sold in predefined cuts as follows :

• 3 metre coupon, folded - 5 metre cut, on bolt (80 cm cardboard)
• 10 metre cut, on bolt (80 cm cardboard)
• Rolls according to the specific metreage for each reference, stated on the product sheet.

III. ORDER

The minimum order on the pro area is 130 euros EXCLUDING TAX AND EXCLUDING SHIPPING.

- The taxes are based on the delivery address (example: your company's headquarters is based outside of France but you want to have it delivered to a relative in France, the French 20% VAT rate will be applied)

- The products of your choice are added to the cart, you check the quantities.

- Check or change your delivery address.

- The estimated price is displayed, you click on "Confirm order - I acknowledge my obligation to pay".

- We check your order and the available stocks. We adjust your order if necessary (downwards in case of shortage or very slightly upwards in case of end of roll).

- We edit your invoice which is sent to you by e-mail.

- Once you have received your invoice,you can proceed to the payment of your order, by bank transfer according to the bank details provided on the invoice.

- Once payment is received, your order is shipped!

IV. SHIPPING

Preparation and shipping time at Cousu Bio: between 1 and 5 days.

Delivery in 48H with the GLS carrier.

Home delivery (or to the address provided for delivery). Possibility to reschedule delivery, to have it delivered to a relay point or to a trusted third party.

Flat rate shipping costs :

- Metropolitan France: 10.50 euros excluding VAT

- Belgium, Germany, Netherlands: 15.70 euros excl.

- Italy, Austria, Denmark: EUR 18 excl.

- Switzerland: 30.50 euros excl.

- Other countries, Overseas, World, or United Kingdom: contact us for an estimate of the shipping cost of your order.
